Today the FAYNC Mag Team conquered the city, at least a portion of it. We started at Segra Stadium for the Fayetteville Woodpeckers Spring Fling. The weather was perfect, and the community showed up for the experience. The event was curated for kids of all ages. Sweet Valley Ranch hosted a petting zoo area with a llama, miniature ponies, mixed goats, bunnies, and even a pig! There was also a kid zone play area that allowed the kids to pitch in the bullpen, experience face painting, and engage on the field by running the bases. After all the hard work and networking within the community, it was time for some food. We was hungry y’all, foreal!
We decided to stop by Archway Burgers for a quick bite. The food was exceptional, and it didn’t take long. After eating, it was time to get back to work. We headed to Rowan Skate Park, where we got some fantastic footage of local skaters and a personal interview with Terry Grimble, the owner of “DaVille Skate Shop.” Also, we got to see LeNeal Toney, a talented DaVille Team Rider, showing off some unbelievable tricks. Needless to say, today was very eventful for the FAYNCMAG crew. Be sure to stay locked in to see some of this content featured in our upcoming magazine.
